What Does Wedding Car Hire Include?

The wedding car and driver are all yours for the duration of your booking, for as many journeys as you need for as many guests as you choose.

Nic is your chauffeur and she’s at your service for the whole booking, and not just for driving… she’s regularly asked to do all sorts and that’s just fine. Consider her your PA for the day! Not only she is a professional driver, she’s a whizz with a needle and thread and a dab hand at fixing eyelashes and nails.

Your car will be dressed up to the nines, we don’t use skinny old plastic ribbons, no way! We always use luscious organza or satin sashes in whatever colours work for you, from traditional white to lime green to red polka dot – it’s your wedding, we’ll do whatever it takes to make everything perfect for you.

Before the Big Day Arrives

To make sure everything runs smoothly, we like to arrange what we call the ‘Transport Plan’ with you beforehand so that everybody knows who is being collected, and at what time. With so many things to organise, you’d be surprised what details can slip your mind – this way you can relax in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.

An Example Wedding Transport Plan May Include…

• Collect the bridesmaids and take them to the church
• Collect the bride and drive her to the church
• Wait with the car while the service takes place
• Help the photographer capture the right shots as the couple come out
• Open the champagne for the first toast for Bride and Groom
• Drive the bride and groom to a local beauty spot for more photos
• Take the bride and groom on to their reception

Every wedding is different of course, but that might give you some idea of how you would like your day to go. If it all seems very stressful, don’t be afraid to ask for our help and advice when it comes to arranging the wedding transportation – after all, that’s what we do!
